Emerald Framing Services

Emerald is a Bespoke Picture Framing Service based in Chalfont St. Peter, Buckinghamshire. I produce a wide range of frame styles from classic and contemporary designs, through to more traditional and ornate finishes. I offer a customer-led service and aim to provide each customer with the framing outcomes that they desire. I am able to source artwork on request and each frame is custom-made to order.

Emerald is a member of the Fine Art Trade Guild and Cath is a qualified Guild Commended framer.
All mount boards used by Emerald Picture Framing are conservation or a museum standard, giving total piece of mind that your artwork is being framed using the highest standards and protected with acid neutral products whenever possible.
I offer full conservation framing with Museum grade UV glass and mount boards which are 100% cotton. I can carry out framing and stretching on delicate works including fully reversible hand lacing.
I also provide a mirror framing service, creating a mirror made to your specifications and framed in your choice of frame. So, whatever you would like framing, be it something of sentimental value, memorabilia or something as simple as a picture, then please call in and speak to me. I look forward to helping you.

Emerald Picture Framing is pleased to offer a local collection and delivery service and is able to visit you outside office hours by appointment.

Restoration service
We employ a Registered Fine Art Conservator with over 25 years experience. She specialises in restoring artwork that has been exposed to adhesives and is able to treat discolouration and repair fragile artwork.
She also specialises in cleaning and repairing oil paintings, watercolours, pastels, prints, drawings and etchings. We can also offer a frame restoration service for original and antique frames which may require repair and refinishing.
