I aim to convey an emotional impression of the landscape. After allowing the mediums to interact, their character is manipulated to produce the desired effect. Working with multiple layers, scratching and sculpting the paint, I achieve a depth and distance. By Introducing colour and tonal variety I can translate a mood.
