I specialise in providing a professional framing service for art galleries, interior designers, photographers, artists - and I am also
happy to work to commission for private clients.

As a framer, I focus on providing the individual with the piece of mind that their artwork is in good hands. I am able to advise on the
most suitable methods and techniques for framing your art work, working within the Fine art Trade Guild's guidelines up to
conservation and museum standards when appropriate.

Emerald Gallery

Emerald frames and Gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday throughout the year. Come and browse the selection of handmade cards,
original artwork, print racks and enjoy the selection of framed works, ceramics, glass and metal work and beautiful jewellery that's
available. The perfect place for an handmade, original gift.

Cath Friend is the gallery owner and works on-site as a Guild Commended Framer throughout the year. During the year and via
scheduled exhibitions, Emerald gallery shows a selection of art work by both local and national artists.

In addition, Emerald Gallery shows work by many Buckinghamshire based artists who are selected for their exciting, lively ideas
and beautiful, often unique creations. Some are full time professional artists and others are part-time artists, or just starting their
art career. If you would like to visit Cath in the workshop and gallery space just pop by any time between 10am to 6 pm any
