‘Pentreath II’ is a monotype ghost print drawing directly from the striking textures and color palette of North Cornwall’s coastal cliffs, which form a historic lookout and natural harbor.
A unique, original print created using oil paints, with added hand drawn lines using carbon paper, and block shapes applied using paper templates and acrylic paint. A ‘ghost’ print is when the plate has been put through the press a second time, leaving a very faint image.
Framed in a slim walnut veneer profile and ArtGlass.
